Yes. A Rs. 2,000 advance payment is required to confirm all dinner set orders. After making the payment, please share a screenshot of the transaction with us on WhatsApp. The remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
5. Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. We manufacture our own ARKON dinnerware in our factory using premium materials and strict quality standards.
6. Are ARKON dinner sets heavy and durable?
Yes. Our dinner sets are crafted from premium heavyweight melamine, offering excellent durability, stability, and a premium feel.
7. Can I see photos before placing my order?
Absolutely! Contact us on WhatsApp, and we'll gladly share additional photos of the product before you place your order.
8. What if my favorite dinner set is out of stock?
Contact us with the product name, and we'll notify you as soon as it's back in stock.
9. What if my order arrives with a broken or damaged item?
We carefully pack every order. If any item arrives damaged, we'll replace the affected item free of charge. Simply contact us promptly with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
10. What material are the dinner sets made from?
All dinner sets (except ROYAL) are made from premium double-glazed melamine, designed for durability, everyday use, and long-lasting beauty.
11. Are the glass lids tempered?
Yes. Selected models include premium tempered glass lids with elegant golden knobs. Please check the product description to see what's included with each set.
